As you know and are constantly hearing on the news, radio, and internet the oil spill situation is not getting any better. I didn't know to much about the details except that the little spot in texas where i live would not be affect to much. Phew, relief.
How ugly that is?
So unconcerned with the rest of the people dealing with this.

At dinner the other night Easton had some questions about the spill & why it was so bad. We showed him an example with oil and water. He was concerned for the animals and the people cleaning. Since that night i have been wondering if there is something we can do to help, besides send money, because at the age of 7 he doesn't have much.
As i was checking Ashley Ann's to look at the lovely baby shower ideas for like the 3rd time, i saw her new post. Now i had never heard of Craft for hope. I'll admit i thought "oh, Mother Earther's" Funny when i think about how "granola" it seems I've become lately.
I was wrong.
Here's something on the oil spill, and what you can do to help. Sew-ers ( i know it's no dash, but really isn't that sewer also?) can do this. Ashley went to the Dollar tree and bought clothes, but if you have rags laying around and a zig zag stitch you can do something.
