They are Baby girl Runched Capris. Both of these are $3.20 a piece. Unfortunately they have 0-3 Mon ,3-6 mon ,6-9 mon. All those that Fi will probably not be in when it's hot.
I did get Fi some leggings and a skirt all under $4 a piece.
If you have a boy, big or small also take a look.
